Everything In The Mine,
In Plain Words
What each system does, when it opens up, and where your next hour is best spent. No formulas - just the decisions that matter.
Where To Start
Three stages, following the order the game opens things up in.
- Upgrade your pickaxe constantly; buy the next one as soon as it unlocks.
- Ore Breaker arrives at floor 50, Anger Click at floor 70.
- Buy Rocky as soon as you can spare the diamonds.
- Prestige for the first time at floor 200.
- Spread Essence across the 7 parameters instead of maxing one.
- Tasks open at floor 160, the skill tree and trade panel at floor 180.
- Fight bosses whenever you hold a key; they are your Essence engine.
- Buy the Infinity items - they are permanent and never reset.
- Keep armour levelled so heat never eats your damage.
The 7 Currencies
Each one feeds a different system. Spending the right currency in the wrong place is the most common early mistake.
Gold
Earned by breaking ore.
Spent on pickaxe and armour upgrades - your main workhorse.
Diamond
Comes from real-money purchases only.
Spent on pets and the permanent Infinity items.
Essence
From prestige and boss wins.
Spent on the 7 permanent prestige parameters.
Taskium
+1 for every successful click.
Spent on accepting and rerolling tasks.
Dungeon Key
One free key a day, plus store packs.
Spent to enter a boss fight - 1 per attempt.
Skill Stone
From store packages and the trade panel.
Spent on levelling the 8 active skills.
Ore Stone
1-5 from every ore you break, plus achievements.
Traded for Essence or Skill Stone at the trade panel.
Click Damage And Auto Damage
Two separate damage sources, fed by different things.
Click damage is what a tap does. It grows with your first pickaxe's level and skills, the Anger Click skill, your title, and the Stonecrusher’s Hand prestige parameter. A slice of your auto damage is also folded into every click once Unity of Force is levelled.
Auto damage (per second) comes from the second pickaxe onward, the Rampage skill, the Eternal Forge parameter, and your pets.
Critical Hits
Every click can land as a critical and hit harder.
You start with a 5% chance and a x1.5 multiplier. Four things raise those: the Critical Strike skill, pickaxe skills, the Ore Oracle and Cataclysmic Force prestige parameters, and titles.
Pickaxes
45 pickaxes, unlocked in order. They are the backbone of your damage.
- The first pickaxe costs 5 gold; each following one costs about 8 times more than the last.
- A pickaxe unlocks by itself once you have earned enough gold this run - so upgrading is what opens the next one.
- Every level costs about 7% more than the previous one.
- Only the first pickaxe feeds click damage. All the others feed auto damage per second.
- Each pickaxe has 6 skills, unlocking at levels 5 / 10 / 25 / 50 / 100 / 200. Some help that pickaxe, some help all of them - the global ones are worth more.
Armour
5 suits, all owned from the start. They exist to keep the heat off you.
- You never buy armour - you only level it. Each level adds about 5% heat resistance, starting from 50.
- Every 100 levels the suit's resistance is multiplied by x2.
- Each suit also has 6 skills that unlock as it levels.
- The armour panel opens at floor 130, together with the heat gauge.
Heat
The deeper you go the hotter it gets, and heat quietly cuts your damage.
- Floor temperature climbs steadily - roughly 1.04x per floor, so it doubles every couple of dozen floors.
- While your resistance is at least 1.5x the floor temperature, the gauge stays clear and nothing is lost.
- Once resistance drops below the temperature, damage starts bleeding away; at 0.5x you keep only a twentieth of it - a 95% loss.
- The armour panel has an auto-buy switch for resistance; leave it on if you push depth often.
Pets
5 pets, bought with diamonds and then levelled with gold.
- Prices run from 150 to 250 diamonds (150 / 175 / 200 / 225 / 250).
- Each level adds about 1% of your pickaxe click damage as auto damage, multiplied by the pet's order - so Shadowshard gives five times what Rocky gives at the same level.
- Levels get about 20% more expensive each time, and every 100 levels the pet multiplies its own output by x5.
- Each pet has 6 skills; some help only that pet, some help all of them.
- The pet panel opens at floor 30, or as soon as you own a pet.
Floors, Ore And Depth
Floors decide how tough ore is and how much gold it pays. Depth decides what the ore looks like.
- Every floor has a little more health and a little more gold than the one before, and the curve steepens as you go.
- Every 10th floor is a timed floor: a 20 second clock starts, health is up about 50% and gold about 51%.
- Difficulty also runs in cycles of about 100 floors - the first floors of a cycle pay best relative to their health.
- Every ore drops 1-5 Ore Stone on top of its gold.
You can drop back to any floor you have already reached this run and farm there. Picking a floor by hand turns auto-advance off; turn it back on when you want to climb again.
There are 40 ore types in total, and depth decides which ones appear. Ore type only changes the look and its dust - health and gold come from the floor.
| Depth | Ore types | Around floor |
|---|---|---|
| 0-100 m | 9 | ~54 |
| 100-500 m | 20 | ~129 |
| 500-1,500 m | 30 | ~196 |
| 1,500 m+ | 40 | - |
Active Skills
8 skills, each a timed boost followed by a cooldown.
A skill is free when its floor arrives - you start using it at level 1. Levelling it up to level 7 costs 63 Skill Stone in total, or 504 for all 8. Higher levels mean longer duration and shorter cooldown.
| Skill | Floor | Level 1 (duration / cooldown) | Level 7 (duration / cooldown) | Effect |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Ore Breaker | 50 | 30s / 540s | 90s / 180s | 7 → 13 /s |
| Anger Click | 70 | 40s / 660s | 210s / 300s | x2 → x5 |
| Critical Strike | 100 | 30s / 600s | 150s / 240s | x1.3 → x1.9 |
| Rampage | 170 | 40s / 840s | 160s / 480s | x2 → x3.5 |
| Golden Frenzy | 240 | 50s / 1,020s | 290s / 660s | x2 → x5 |
| Heat Resistance | 280 | 30s / 660s | 140s / 300s | x2 → x5 |
| Overcharge | 330 | 20s / 1,200s | 20s / 840s | x1.5 → x3 |
| Time Reversal | 400 | 1,200s | 840s | -300s → -1,020s |
The first skill line opens at floor 50; the skill tree panel where you spend Skill Stone opens at floor 180. You do not need the panel to use a skill.
Titles
100 titles that pick themselves up as you climb.
- Titles run from floor 1 to floor 50,000 and are chosen automatically from the highest floor you reached this run.
- Each title adds about +0.1 to the bonuses it carries.
- The bonuses arrive in stages - click damage from the first title, then auto damage, heat resistance, gold, critical multiplier, critical chance and the DPS-to-click share (titles 1 / 5 / 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 / 30).
Tasks And Taskium
A side track that turns your clicking into a second income.
- Every successful click gives +1 Taskium.
- Accepting a task costs 200, rerolling one costs 25.
- The task panel opens at floor 160; the 6 slots open across floors 160 / 170 / 180 / 190 / 200 / 210.
- There are 10 task types in 6 rarities. Each task lasts 60 minutes, and unaccepted ones are replaced every hour.
- The reward scales with rarity - between 50-500 times the current floor's ore gold. The rarest ones also pay Essence.
Trade Panel
Opens at floor 180. The only place Ore Stone is worth anything.
- 1 Skill Stone becomes 5,000 Ore Stone - up to 100,000 per trade.
- 2,000 Ore Stone becomes 1 Essence.
- 5,000 Ore Stone becomes 1 Skill Stone.
That last one matters: it is how a long farming session turns into skill levels without a boss fight.
Free Gold
Three sources that ask for nothing but showing up.
- Gold balloon - from floor 50, one drifts in every 70-105 seconds. Clicking it pays x6 the ore gold of your best floor this run.
- Offline earnings - counted after 60 minutes away and capped at 12 hours. Premium doubles it.
- Play time reward - every 60 minutes of play pays about 100 times a minute's worth of gold at your best floor.
Prestige
Trade this run's progress for permanent power. Timed well, it is the fastest thing in the game.
The prestige panel opens the first time you reach floor 200. After that each prestige asks for 100 floors more - 300, then 400, and so on.
- Reset: gold, Taskium, floor progress, pickaxe and armour upgrades, pet levels, all bought skills, and your boss level.
- Kept: prestige level, Essence, the 7 parameter levels, pet ownership, Infinity items, achievements.
- You do not restart at floor 1: your next run starts at 100 x your prestige level, with a pile of starting gold worth about 500 ore.
- Every skill cooldown is cleared, so you begin the run with all of them ready.
The Essence reward comes from two things only: the highest floor you reached (0.5 each) and the ore you broke (0.25 each).
| Parameter | Effect | Per level |
|---|---|---|
| Eternal Forge | Auto damage per second | +20% |
| Stonecrusher’s Hand | Click damage | +25% |
| Golden Abyss | Gold income | +10% |
| Ore Oracle | Critical chance | +5% |
| Cataclysmic Force | Critical multiplier | +5% |
| Infernal Shield | Heat resistance | +10% |
| Unity of Force | Share of DPS added to clicks | +1% |
The bonuses add up level by level rather than compounding, and Essence costs rise slowly - so spending Essence often beats hoarding it.
Bosses
A timed damage race for Essence. Opens at floor 350.
- You pick a boss and spend 1 dungeon key to start. Nothing starts by itself.
- Bosses unlock in order - beat one to see the next. Health goes up about a thousandfold each step while the clock gets shorter.
- Rewards grow with your prestige level: about +15% per level.
- Prestige sends your boss level back to the first one.
| Boss | Health | Time | Reward |
|---|---|---|---|
| Crystal Colossus | 1e13 | 30s | 50 Essence + 5,000 Ore Stone |
| Crystal Guardian | 1e16 | 25s | 75 Essence + 7,500 Ore Stone |
| Crimson Sentinel | 1e19 | 20s | 100 Essence + 10,000 Ore Stone |
| Stone Guardian | 1e22 | 20s | 125 Essence + 12,500 Ore Stone |
| Frost Titan | 1e25 | 20s | 150 Essence + 15,000 Ore Stone |
| Crystal Golem 1 | 1e28 | 20s | 175 Essence + 17,500 Ore Stone |
| Stonebeard Colossus | 1e31 | 15s | 200 Essence + 20,000 Ore Stone |
| Crystal Golem 2 | 1e34 | 15s | 225 Essence + 22,500 Ore Stone |
| Blaze Golem | 1e37 | 15s | 250 Essence + 25,000 Ore Stone |
| Golem Guardian | 1e40 | 10s | 275 Essence + 27,500 Ore Stone |
Achievements
86 achievements across 24 categories - clicks, ore, bosses, prestiges, depth and more.
Every achievement pays Ore Stone, and both the target and the reward grow roughly tenfold per tier. Most categories have three tiers; the gold and damage ones go further.
Daily Reward
Small, simple, and no penalty for missing a day.
Logging in once a day gives 1 dungeon key. It is the same every day - there is no calendar and no streak to protect. You need to be online to claim it.
Store
Diamonds, keys, packages, premium time, and the permanent Infinity items.
- Diamond packs: 200 / 550 / 1,150 / 2,400 / 6,250 / 14,000 diamonds. The bigger the pack, the better the rate.
- Key packs: 3 / 7 / 15 dungeon keys.
- Small Package: 500 Diamond, 100 Essence, 10 Skill Stone, 3 Dungeon Key.
- Big Package: 1,000 Diamond, 200 Essence, 20 Skill Stone, 5 Dungeon Key.
- 7-Day Premium Package: 7 days of x5 click damage, x5 auto damage, x3 gold, x3 heat resistance and x2 offline earnings.
The Infinity items are bought once with diamonds and never reset, not even on prestige. Late game they are usually the best diamond spend you have.
| Item | Effect | Cost |

| Infinity Income | x3 | 350 💎 |
| Infinity Armor | x2 | 350 💎 |
| Infinity Speed | x1.5 | 550 💎 |

Leaderboards And Statistics
Two places to see how the run is going.
- Steam leaderboards track clicks, click damage, prestige count, bosses killed and highest floor.
- The statistics screen keeps a longer record - earnings, spending, clicks, time played and more.
Saves
Short answer: your progress is safe in several ways at once.
- The game saves itself, encrypted, every 15 seconds.
- It backs up to Steam Cloud about every 45 seconds, and always when you close or pause - so another computer picks up where you left off.
- If a save file is damaged the game falls back to its backup by itself.
- You can also copy your save to the clipboard and paste it back in on another device.
Languages
The game ships in 18 languages.
English, Turkish, German, French, Spanish, Latin American Spanish, Italian, Polish, Brazilian Portuguese, Russian, Ukrainian, Japanese, Korean, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Thai, Indonesian and Vietnamese. The game picks yours on first launch and you can change it any time in settings - this guide is available in all of them, linked at the top of the page.
